My ovules will not respond to the controllers and it just says tracking lost and I can’t do anything and controllers continuously vibrate

Hey Candy_Man84, thanks for reaching out! We understand the inconvenience of having a tracking issue interrupt your game time. Let's get you back into VR ASAP! Here are a few simple troubleshooting steps that help with tracking issues:

  • Remove the batteries from your controllers. After 3-5 minutes please reinsert them and then reboot your headset.
  • Unpair and repair your controllers using the instructions in the support article linked here.
  • Make sure that the lighting in your gaming area is not too dark and not too bright.
  • If you're still having trouble, try factory resetting your headset using the instructions linked hereMake sure your device is charged to 100% prior to performing a factory reset.
