Morning all, I have had my quest 2 for 2 months. I went to charge this morning, and the light never came on, and when you look into display, it just flashes the Oculous O logo and just does the same thing over and over.
I tried to open a ticket here - https://secure.oculus.com/my/warranty/devices but it shows select a product, I see the quest 2 icon, but I don't see anything to click. It is registered, so this seems to be my next resort.
Any advice is appreciated.

Mine did exactly the same this morning support are looking into it but they don’t have a clue
