Worst customer service ever. Should have known if you can’t reach them by phone they will never help. My 4 month old oculus 2 will not play my star wars galaxy edge game & will not play any new games. After support discussions for over a month, they are “still looking into it”. Wow, what does it take to exchange a faulty headset still under warranty? BUYERS BEWARE, the warranty is worthless
