Your USB bandwidth is too low to support Oculus Link

Hello,

I have this huge problem recently with my official Oculus Link cable. I have an Oculus Quest 2.
It used to work perfectly for months without any issue and the result of the connection test in Oculus Home was giving always over green and 1.3 gbits bandwidth. I have reinstalled Windows 10 and all the updates until the very last one. I have only one USB 31 type C port, the same I used successfully without troubles before reinstalling the OS.

This is what I get now:

francesco_2013_0-1617803158608.png

I have tried everything, including turning the cable and re-plug it on both sides. The USB controller is an ASMedia ASM3142. I have tried uninstalling the controller, rebooting and try again but nothing. I even tried to turn the cable using the cornered end on the PC and the straight end on the Oculus Quest 2 ... nothing.
I am pasting the information from USB Device Tree Viewer here:

Please help ! I am really desperate. The Oculus Link cable is under warranty and so is the Oculus Quest 2.

Should I contact support and ask for a replacement ?

Any suggestion is very welcome. Thank you in advance !

Recent updates have been giving a lot of people connection errors, so other than the immediate inconvenience I wouldn’t worry too much. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon. Mine doesn’t give me this specific issue, but my connection via link is significantly weaker to the point where it’s entirely unstable.

I'm getting the exact same issue. Using the official cable with an Oculus Quest on a New Dell XPS 17 w/ RTX2060. I'm getting between 500-700 Mbps when doing a connection. Do we know if it was an issue caused by the latest Oculus updates or is there something else going on here?

Same issue here, quest 1 using an anker cable with an extension.  Link seems to work fine though besides the low bandwidth warning.
