I bought the quest and loved it....but it stopped working. So I returned it. Now unable to purchase new one and I already bout many games. But can't return the games
Quest has been sold out for a while now, and now with the situation with Coronavirus and shipments from China going to likely be a while. Just have to keep checking.
To be fair to customer support there's probably absolutely nothing they can do( except give you the run arround), but I do know (from a previous post) that exchanges are NOT from the same stock as if someone else was purchasing a new unit, so im guessing they've ran out of that stock as well. like @dburne said it could take a while to get a replacement due to the coronavisus BUT all you purchased games/apps are linked to your account so as soon as you get your replacement, just login and redownload all your purchased stuff.. downside is you'll have lost all of your progress on your games.
