just bought a occlus 2 from a friend and i tried factory reset it and now its in a boot loop and wont boot or anything

Hello there. Good to have you onboard! In addition to the Factory Reset, have you also tried a Force Restart?

  1. With your headset on, hold the power button on the right side of your headset down until you're prompted with a shut-down screen.
  2. Select Restart to reboot your Quest 2 or Quest.
