quest 2 frozen on startup... black screen with the oculus O showing... cannot reset via phone app. manual reset??

Hi there, if you can't factory reset via the Oculus app can you try doing so directly on the headset? Steps to do so can be found by clicking here. If that does not work, or the factory reset completes but does not resolve the issue, please click here to submit a ticket. Thanks!
