quest stuck at usb 2 speeds in a 3.2 port

Hi all

i have an oculus quest on the latest firmware with the official oculus link usb c to c cable and it seems im stuck in usb 2 speeds for some reason.

 

i have the usb tree info for anyone who can help

c'est un problème récurent chez oculus, ils ne savent pas résoudre ce problème, j'ai tout essayé, j'ai fait tout ce qu'il m'ont demandé de faire, et pourtant ca ne fonctionne pas, j'aime pas dire ça mais ils sont incompétent.

ils vous font tourner en rond en vous demandant de faire énormément de manipulation jusqu'à ce que vous craquiez. adieu oculus, vive vive!!
