your computer doesn't meet the updated minimum specs..

Given the specs of the machine I'm on, this seems highly unlikely and so far, experiences that run are super smooth, as you'd expect.  Some apps fail to run, however and the background is not present in the link home. Is this message just a warning or does it actively prevent applications from working?
Here is a snippet from the log file that, for some reason, records a fail (although it fails to say what failed)

Hi, the video card is reported as failed due to the unsupported Intel(R) UHD Graphics. You can try and disable it via Device Manager and see if everything working. Otherwise, please create a support ticket with us here and we will be happy to assist you.
