Quest for Business is WAY Different than Quest for Consumers.

We have spent almost a month on this issue with no resolve. After speaking with Renee from Quest for Business team, it's clear that Oculus is WAY behind on their promised features and they are scampering to catch up. Our biggest issue now is that an APK on the consumer Quest will not run on the Quest for Business.
Can anyone tell me what the difference is in terms of permissions or differences in deployment?

The release notes for the OS on consumer headsets (https://support.oculus.com/release-notes/) are different from the release notes for the OS on Business headsets (https://business.oculus.com/support/874441976388449/). It seems that Business is behind quite a lot.

For example: I am a developer, and today I built an Oculus Quest 2 app with Unreal Engine 4.26.2 (from the Oculus Github repository), and this won't run on my Business headset, stating "This app requires the latest Oculus software version...". I suspect the reason is the missing/slow OS updates.

I'm still getting different behavior on the Business vs the Consumer grade Quest editions using the exact same APK on both. Does anyone have information to help me understand what is different with the Business edition?
