hello all

i am in the first step of my oculus experience, setting it up.

i have the following laptop Dell Inspiron 7567 17Q41/Windows10/15.6/8GB/1TB SSHD/GTX1050Ti

When i follow the setup steps, I do not see anything in the VR headset. however, I can hear ok.

I am confused because oculus says GTX 1050 TI is ok but Nvidia's GE Force systems tells me my laptop is not VR Ready.

I have disconnected all cables from my computer except the 4 cables i need for oculus (hdmi and 3 usbs)

i attach 4 screenshots.

please, help!

I assume you're talking about the original Rift (CV1) because you mention HDMI and 3 USB.

For this to work on your laptop it is necessary that the HDMI connection goes directly to the GTX1050Ti, not to the integrated graphics chip.

I believe that your laptop will not work because of this. I hope I'm wrong, but here's a couple of links for you to read about it.............
