Sorry to hear about the issues you're coming across with your Rift. Since you've already tried reinstalling everything, it would help us if you grab your Diagnostic logs. You can grab these using the steps found here: https://support.oculus.com/172672339980954/
After grabbing those logs, please create a ticket with us here: https://support.oculus.com/885981024820727/ including all of the steps you've taken thus far so we can look further into this for you!
