Can you still use oculus rift S even with unsupported GPU?

Hello, I got a gtx 1650 and amd athlon 3000G. I did a superposition benchmark and it showed I'm VR ready for minimum requirements. And I was looking at a lot of posts but I can't seem to find information about whether or not you can play VR games on oculus rift S with an unsupported GPU. All I found is people saying it's not good for games like half life alyx but I just want to play things like roblox vr, maybe beat saber nothing too demanding.

Yeah you should be able to. I used mine on a gaming laptop with a gtx 1050 and i7 7th gen before I built my desktop. Beat Saber worked even though sometimes it would lag sometimes and vrchat worked as well.
