Controllers Glitch(?)

So about 2 months ago i had gotten this VR, and it has worked fine since then. But abot 2 weeks ago, i wasn't able to move my controllers. They were able to rotate 360 degrees, but they can move! Sometimes when I start it up I can move them, but after 5 minutes it stops.

You say you bought it 2 months ago but you tagged your thread with oculus rift. The Rift and the Rift S have different controllers. Which one do you have?
i5 6600k - GTX1060 - 8GB RAM - Rift CV1 + 3 Sensors - 1 minor problem
