I would try re-running sensor setup first to see if that helps.

Firstly it will jitter if you have anything in the Background downloading, especially Updates. Run WIN Updates and install to clear this and be aware Defender does not always show it is downloading there but displays moving "..." within Defender itself so check that too. Look for any Virus e.g. that crazy mining one and remove them from quarantine.
Then check your Internet Speed for any issues often due to cold or windy weather most often. Reset Router as another chance of clearing it.
Try power down, reconnect HDM, reboot, make Windows very RAM efficient to not load unnecessary drivers e.g. many sound) and rid programs in Start Ups to a minimum. If still jittery then lower any SS and if still then try lower AA first then Shadows quality.
If not using Steam or other game launchers close them from the Icon Tray. Untick "Run when my computer starts"!

Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to
Oculus Support. I'd be happy to help you with this.

There are a few things we can
try:

·
Install the latest Oculus drivers - please note, this is a
silent installation and will not give an executable:

1.
Close the Oculus app

2.
Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run
command

3.
Enter C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-drivers

4.
Open oculus-driver

5.
Open the Oculus app and then try to connect your sensor again

·
Try another USB port.

·
Verify there is nothing interfering with the Sensor’s view.

·
Examples are: objects, people, roaming pets, etc.

·
Unplug/replug both Sensors, restart Oculus Home, and try
again.

·
Ensure your drivers are up to date. You can click here for more
information.

·
Repair Oculus Home. You can do this by rerunning the setup
file from the website. Click
here
for a link. Since Oculus Home is already installed you should see a
"Repair" option. Please temporarily disable any antivirus while
doing the repair.

Additionally, can you please
send me a copy of your Oculus Diagnostic logs? You can click here for the
information on how to gather those. Please ensure that all devices are
connected before running the log gatherer.

Let me know if this resolves
your issue or if we need to look further into this.

Kind regards,

Avery
