Moving Game Progress to New Computer?

Greetings...
I recently got a new gaming PC, and I am trying to move my saved game progress to the new system. I followed the Oculus instructions by copying the old C:\Program Files\Oculus\Software directory to the same spot in the new system. I also re-installed the games. But the game progress is still not there.
The specific games I'm trying to move are Beat Saber and Farlands.

search for the game folders in "users" --> app data (its a hidden folder)
theres one in ur profile and one in general, i just suggest to search "beat saber" inseide users main folder and copy everything in the new installation\new pc

i usually backup the whole folder to be faster in set some app i use and takes lot of time to configure
