My USB 3.0 is working like 2.0 and I don't know what to do. It stops recently, before that everything was OK.

My Specs:
Windows 10 Last update
CPU: QuadCore Intel Core i5-7600K, 4100 MHz (41 x 100)
Motherboard: Biostar H110MHV3  (Supports 3.0)
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

All drivers re-installed and BIOS is up to date.

Maybe something with power? I have 700W supply. All on maximum performance.

It’s usually an issue if too much bandwidth through one USB controller. Try moving around some of your USB devices to different ports. Plug anything that doesn’t need USB 3.0 into USB 2.0 ports if possible, or unplug things you aren’t using right now.

i7 5820K @ 4.25GHz | EVGA GTX 1080 SC | Gigabyte GA-X99-UD4 | Corsair DDR4 3000 32GB | Corsair HX 750W
SSDs: Intel 660p M.2 2TB, 3x Samsung Evo 1TB | Startech PCIe 4x USB 3.0 | Startech PCIe 2x USB C 3.1 gen2

I have 2 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0. Mouse and keyboard in 2.0 ports
