Hi, please try other USB ports and also unplugging the cable from both ends and plugging them back in. The issue could also be environmental, for example low lighting, or reflective surfaces interfering. If you haven't already, please make a ticket at support.oculus, and please include everything you have tried . - Matt

I have tried every USB port, I even bought a new USB 3.0 card with 4 ports and it will not even recognize the Rift S. I have opened numerous tickets with Oculus and have been working with them for over a month trying to get this VR to work. I have tried everything. My computer has the correct specs and space for the Oculus.
