Rift S Black screen and buzzing

After waiting since feb, Oculus has done nothing for me apart from close and re open tickets for me and feed me the same copy and paste over and over. I have gotten nothing from them that will actually help me, I was told to wait 3-5 Business days. 1 week later still no response after asking for a update on my situation, I have read multiple forums about the problem being the cord so i have asked for a replacement cable and in the email i got back they asked for my shipping location etc. but. Since then I haven't got anything back. Im about to kick the bucket and buy a htc 😞
