My headset stopped working earlier in the month and none of solutions provided in the store help center worked. It was working perfectly fine through June but when I tried to use it around the second week of July. The blue light on the front of the headset and the led on the inside of the device wouldn't turn on but I'm able to output audio from the plug-in on the left side of the headset. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my pc and now the app won't detect in when its connected but my device manager does.
