Confused. Want to purchase it for the rift s. When I go to the Oculus store the purchase button is disabled. It's enabled for the quest. On steam, it says the pre-order is cross platform. How does licensing work here and how can I purchase the pre-sale?

I've experienced the same issue. From what I've read online it crossbuy, I going to buy it on Quest and should it not turn out to be crossbuy I'll be refunding the game as 14 days won't have passed.
