Hi there! Please make sure that your Rift S is connected securely on both ends of the cable without any adapters, extenders or third-party adapters in use. You'll also want to reseat the cable on the Rift S's end (by removing the facial interface) to ensure that the connection is not interrupted. If it still persists, please click here to submit a ticket and include your Oculus Diagnostics Logs. Thanks!
