RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT: Oculus For Coaching - Changing life Circumstances

What do I mean by Changin Life Circumstances?

This is a new concept in the way we perceive ourselves.

If we can use  VR by using Oculus in a way to change the way we see ourselves in a way that will stimulate habit changes as well as our perceived reality as it currently stands so as to trick the brain into changing habits to create life change.

For instance:

You go to the gym change your eating habits and you do well for a while but then fall off the wagon only to revert back to the same bad eating habits as well as no exercise. Isn't this often the case.

What if we could use VR to see ourselves in the present tense as the person we aspire to become. We do this through a series of repetitions using VR to actually experience and see ourselves as already arriving as to the person we want to become.

Is it possible that through tricking the brain into believing that you are healthy and fit at this current moment along with a coach that can keep you accountable to your goals of health and fitness that it could be achieved? Not only see it visually but take it to the next level where it affects all of your senses to include the physical feeling of working out that these changes could become permanent.

VR is not there yet to affect all of your senses 😞

But for visuals there is fun app for Rift/PC where you should make exercises for a 10 mins and you see a mirror of your avatar that is changed from ordinary person to someone with very big muscles.

Forget about the muscles. I'd rather be rewarded by seeing a VR Porn star getting her kit off the more exercise you do lol 😄
