stereoscopic robot problem

Hi,
I'm trying to make a small robot with stereoscopic live vision like this http://imgur.com/CtRHlGo and I'm using a modified SDK's code OculusRoomTiny in visual studio 2013.
In this code I only have to use two webcams and a serial port but I can't use windows forms on that same project.
I tried to start a new project in borland but its no compatible with libraries
somebody can advise me about how do it?
