100Mbps is awfully high,
Bluray HD is 20 Mbps
DVD around 6 Mbps
Netflix 2 Mbps
Now Ultra HD (4k HDR) Bluray can hit 80/90Mbps, but that is using the H.265 codec (not sure if GO even supports it) and usually requires dedicated hardware acceleration.
The higher the bit rate the more stress there is on hardware.
Also, don't forget about the screen refresh rate of GO, it can run at 60hz or 75hz, for your video to look good it needs to have a frame rate that can be divisible, so if the player is running at 60hz for the display, you want your video to be 30fps, if the video player is utilising the 75hz mode you can use 25 frames a second video as it divides 3 times into 75
I would not go for Bitrate higher than about 40 Mbps.
