Game Incorrectly Released for Free

So it would seem the team at Oculus messed up big time and just released my paid game, "The Artist" for free. I had coordinated marketing and people are now downloading my paid game (a price that I had agreed upon with a rep at Oculus) for nothing. It's extremely unprofessional to take someone's hard work - a game I worked on alone for months in my spare time - and give it away for nothing, especially when we agreed upon a price and release date.

If anyone could help me that would be fantastic, I'm not sure what to do in this situation. I feel like I should be reimbursed for lost sales because of this mess up.

I'm terribly sorry about this. Let me try to find out what's going on.

It looks like the issue has been fixed. I hope it was a display issue, though I guess I'll see when the sale numbers come in tomorrow.

Yes, the issue is now resolved. Someone from the team will reach out via email to discuss further. Thanks.
