1 of my two headsets stopped working.

Dear Oculus Support,

First off, thank you so much for creating such an awesome gaming
experience for me, my family and my friends to enjoy. I have been a
proud oculus owner for little over a year now, but just today I have
seemed to run into a problem in which I think the problem resides within
the headset itself.

First off, I was playing Onward and decided it was time to get a
dinner break in. So I took off my oculus rift, set it down on my couch
as well as the controllers only to return about an hour later to the
headset not working and or coming on. At first I just thought it was an
oculus app problem because my yellow light on my headset still came on,
just didn't turn white or register when I wore it, so I restarted the
app, but then that did not work. So then I thought maybe it was the
computer, so I restarted the computer as well.... Nothing. Then when I
tried to re-setup the oculus rift components through the oculus app, it
told me that my headset wasn't recognizable in the HDMI slot, or the USB
3.0. Now, at first, I thought it was my computer so I checked all my
drivers and my Nvidia card to find out that I have the latest updates on
everything, so it wasn't my computer. I then decided to switch 1 of my 3
sensors over to the USB 3.0 that the headset was originally plugged
into, and the sensor was recognized under the oculus app as a working
USB 3.0 port. So confused, I looked at my headset again to notice that
my yellow light has now gone black, or nonexistent. Now, I have another
headset that I had purchased originally, but unfortunately enough for
me, my girlfriend had accidentally dropped it a week or two after owning
it and I had to buy a whole new one because the right screen in the
headset stopped working. So I dusted off the old headset box from my
closet and decided to plug that in, and the oculus setup immediately
recognized the old headset, but just needed to update it. So with that
being said, I believe that my newer headset has unfortunately stopped
working due to technical reasons that I cannot explain and was hoping to
be able to send it to you guys to have you look into it further! Or, if
there is any possible at home remedies that you guys can suggest, I am
willing to do whatever. I have looked into your guys forums and common
FAQ all over the internet and although I have found many problems very
similar to this, all of their solutions weren't exactly catered to my
specific problem. Help me please! Thank you so much for your guys time
and effort.
