My air link has stopped working out of no where. Once I got the v41 update all hell broke loose. I don't know why or how but I hope this gets fixed.

Hey there, heisenberg_308! We know link issues are pretty discouraging so we'd be glad to address this!

As for now, we would like to state this is a current known issue. The following post here has some more information and other possible steps that could be used to help out.

If that doesn't seem to help at all, feel free to reach right back out for some other possibilities!

yea i already looked at this post before hand and it didnt help

Alright, thank you so much for that confirmation. There are some clarifying questions we would like to ask right below:

Along with this, could you please test out the following:

  • Check Power saving settings:
    • Open Device Manager.
    • Locate your USB ports - Expand the universal serial bus controller section at the bottom of the list. Look for the "USB 3.0/3.1/3.10 eXtensible" items.
    • Right click and select Properties.
    • Navigate to Power Management.
    • Ensure that the options to save power are deselected.
      • They won't all have an option to deselect, move to the next one if so.
  • Make sure your performance settings are default:
    1. Open the Oculus app on your Computer.
    2. Click Devices on the left side of the app.
    3. Click Quest and Touch.
    4. Click Graphics Preferences.
    5. Click Reset to default.
    6. Click Save and Restart

If none of these seem to help out, feel free to reach right back out for some other possibilities!
