@BLACKHOLENIXON, that battery charger appears to be the 'charge in pairs' variety, i.e. it has 2 charging circuits not 4 so you have to charge either 2 or 4 batteries.
In my opinion it's preferable to get a charger that has 4 circuits so that single batteries can be charged. Otherwise you'll be pairing up a discharged battery with a partially discharged battery when charging, which could affect overall battery life.
There are some good cheep chargers out there like the Panasonic/eneloop BQ-CC55.
