I’ve already been in chat with support a few days ago and still haven’t received any info or found a solution to this. I can’t get the latest version of the game to download, it gets maybe 10% done before it completely stops and I get a notification that the download failed. I’ve tried restarting/powering down, switching and restarting wifi, nothing helps. I don’t want to uninstall because I use it through app sharing/haven’t bought it myself, I don’t have any of my game progress backed up and don’t have to option to do so. I can’t use any online features without this update, can anyone help with this?

This can give you a deep dive on what might be the cause of why you're having trouble updating Beat Saber.
