I would guess the first thing is to reboot... yea, that rarely works, but wtheck
The next thing is to gather and post your log files https://forums.oculusvr.com/community/discussion/33792/how-to-get-logs-for-bug-reports-for-consumer-...
Perhaps someone can look at them and offer some helpful advice

I don't really know much but I can maybe suggest something until a real person comes along ...
In one of your files you have the error: [Warning] [3/8/2019 6:22:59 PM] Exception starting service 'OVRService'. : The specified service does not exist as an installed service
Can you look in your services, see if it exists, and if so make sure its running (or try starting it if it's not
Make sure your anti virus software is off.
In the AutoAnalysis_20190323_215917.log file there are a lot of errors, you may have a user permissions problem, or maybe try a repair.
I wouldn't do anything drastic based on my suggestions, if the simple stuff doesnt work probably best to open a ticket with support.

And, check out @LZoltowski thread:  https://forums.oculusvr.com/community/discussion/69494/having-oculus-rift-setup-issues-the-ultimate-...
Good luck, hope its an easy thing

It's definitely an installed service and running. I tried to repair my Oculus software and that, unfortunately, didn't work. I might just open a ticket with support. Thanks for your help @sford52 98qt7cvthzgp.png

Just out of curiosity how are you connecting your Rift and sensors to your PC, via the Mobo USB ports ot through a PCI usb 3.0 powered card?
Plus are you using any extension cables for the headset or sensors?
Is the Rift HDMI cable secure in both the PC and the headset?
