Can't disable ASW(Asynchronous Spacewarp) on Oculus Link?

Looking at the performance HUD, both Quest1 and Quest2 are fixed at 36hz when the GPU load is high. Though ASW(Asynchronous Spacewarp) disabled on Oculus Debug Tool from the beginning.

And I can't select other settings even "auto" (when I select other settings, "failed to change serviceasynchronousspacewarp to ~ error window appear) . So always disabled? But 72hz become 36hz. What? Is it possible to disable ASW on Oculus Link? Impossible?
