Can’t do anything on account

My little brother’s friend was playing on his quest 2 and now his games are gone. I’ve tried logging out adding an account but i cant do anything involving his account all i get are a bunch of errors and i cant connect it through the app to reset it can i please get some help on what’s wrong and how to fix it.

You can perform a factory reset within the headset by following these steps:


  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
