Can't install oculus software (oculus-driver.exe exited with code -1 (failure).)

Level 2
Hi there,

I am really starting to get disappointed with this product. I was trying to deal with the issue of the oculus software saying it constantly needs restarting and not connecting my Rift S, so I read that one way to fix this issue was to reinstall the software. Now I cannot reinstall the software as it constantly fails. I have attached the SetupLog along with a DXDIAG but the failure is in the title.

I have tried the following:

- Updating geforce drivers through geforce experience
- Updating windows
- Countless restarts
- Installing on another drive that has ample space
- Disabling windows defender
