Controller tracking

both left and right of my oculus controllers have problems with their tracking and vibration is there anything I can do?

We may need to ask some questions to better help us.

  • Has anything changed in your play area? New furniture, lights, etc?
  • Can you describe your play location for me?
  • Is the play area too dark or too bright?
  • Is the tracking turned on?( steps are included below)
  • Can you reboot the device


Turn on tracking

  • Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
  • Select Settings
  • Select System from the Settings panel
  • Select Headset Tracking from the left side panel
  • Make sure Headset Tracking is ticked
