Hello, we are a Spanish marketing agency and we would like to create events at Horizon Venues. It's possible?.

We work for large companies in Spain that are interested in broadcasting live on Venues. We also work for great artists and musicians. 

We also make 360º VR videos of sporting events, music concerts and product presentations

Hello Ignacio. At this time, there is not an option for users or agencies to create events on Horizon Venues. The Horizon team decides and works on what goes into the event lineup for the year. We hope this helps answer your questions.
