Can we please talk about how truly disgusting Oculus Support is,

They lie
Leave chats before you are finished

Dont even bother to listen to what you are saying

And wont do anything when you report them

I have never in my life seen customer support this bad 

 

IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING AN OCULUS PRODUCT DONT SAVE UP AND GET A HTC VIVE OR A INDEX

I've pretty done with Oculus as well to be honest. 

 

They have had my faulty headset for nearly 2 months now. 

Can't play the games I've purchased, lost contact with 8 months of good friends I had built up on the platform. 

 

Their processes and procedures are obviously very broken.

Honestly, I don't think they care. The best thing you can do is send a message with your wallet and your next purchases. I have near 7 years worth of loyalty and have no access to my games or purchases including 4 headsets, countless sensors, accessories etc. All bricked until they fix the PC app. It's been several weeks. Scripted and generic responses that a fix is in the works is all we get. If this was Quest 2 it would have been fixed in a couple of days. 

 

With businesses, universities, enthusiasts all feeling left behind due to these issues and software problems it's fairly easy to predict that oculus is well on it's way to loosing the VR/AR race.

Can you please be more specific and define the word "soon" please. 

I was told 24 hours over 6 weeks ago. 

 

Just want some clarification please. What do you mean by soon?

I agree Oculus support is really awful, it's a shame

It really is the worst. 

 

I need a contact at Meta to get a full refund for my product they have now had over 2 months. 

 

Support aren't giving me any explanation or support anymore. 

 

 

I still have not gotten anything back so guess that isnt happening is it 

I just need a phone number, email, or postal address for a management team at Meta.
