Every game now has very low framerate

I have a CV1.  Everything was fine until about a week ago.  Any game I load up has an fps of like 15.  I can't play anything now.

When I am am in the oculus white loading zone the frame rate is great.

If I bring up the dashboard in a game, that lags too.

I ran the oculus repair tool and updated my amd drivers.  That didn't help at all.

Any ideas how to get it back to normal?

I have found the problem of my case with the help of support! I had Citrix Workspace installed, and it was updated to version 2109.1 in October. After uninstalling Citrix workspace everything is working normally now!

P.S. Also, I have found that I'm not the only one with this issue: Citrix Workspace 2109.1 is causing troubles in non-VR too:

I have the same problem, have you managed to solve it?

The symptoms are the same: 15 fps in games inside SteamVR, even with lowest graphics in simple games like Beat Saber.

It started about a week ago (before that everything worked normally). In Beat Saber FpsVR shows that my CPU Frame Time is too high (about 40ms), while CPU load is only 25%. GPU load is also below 50%.

SteamVR performance test shows perfect results. Non-VR games are running smoothly as before.

Also I have noticed some strange grain filter in Beat Saber that wasn't there before (don't know if this could help).

My specs: Oculus Quest 2, GTX 1060, Intel Core i7 3770, Windows 10.

I have tried:

-Changing the graphics settings to lowest, both in-game and in Oculus app

- Rollback last Nvidia driver, which was released on 12 october

- Switching to beta branch of Steam/SteamVR

- Switching to open testing branch on Oculus

- Cleaning my CPU from dust

- Switching from Air Link to cable

The main clue for this problem is that it started in about a week ago. Maybe some software update has happened in that time period?

No, I still have the problem.

Support just asked if I was on windows 11.  I'm not.  I haven't heard back from them.

Just to clarify: for me this is not a SteamVR problem: event the Oculus Home lags as hell. But the white Oculus dashboard runs fine.

I have a ticket and an email chat going on now.

They had me uninstall all oculus software and reinstall.  That didn't fix it either.

Just found a possible solution.

If your computer has a MUX switch, make sure you select dedicated GPU mode and restart your computer.

Worked for me, I am now able to run SteamVR content on my Oculus CV1.
