What happened is when home upgraded to 1.15, I had about a dozen games that asked for finish install. I think they were all Unreal games. Those three games failed to finish installing probably because the UE4 prerequisite that came with those games are an old version. If I ran the UE4 prereq exe inside the game folder, there was an error saying that it cannot install because there is a newer version installed.
Anyway, I fixed them by right clicking uninstall on those three games and reinstalling them and it worked this time. Thank god I have unlimited download with my isp, cause it was a 10gb re-download for that hiccup!

I have the same issues with Eve Valkyrie and Elite Dangerous, the issue lies with vc++ Oculus home always wants to have the last say on finish the installation of any game or prg in oculus. IF they would remove this the prb would vanish. I mean whats the deal with making oculus to work like Mac, NOT a good solution
