Hi, I recently purchased a VR Oculus Rift.
I have spent over 7 hours today trying to set it up properly, and everything seems to be working unless I play a game, for example the first contact game that appears in your library straight away.
When I play a game such as the first contact game, my headset freezes in a certain position, and I can only look up and down, my ingame hands freeze in place and do not move at all.
I have tried everything to make it work, including:
Battery replacements (taken out for over a minute then put back in)
USB port changes
Multiple sensor adjustments (I have 2 sensors)
Reinstalling the Oculus software
Re-pairing the controllers
My PC is definitely VR ready, it is well over the specific requirements to run pretty much any VR game.
I can run games that don't involve hands, like the dreamspace game extremely well with no issues.
Is there a fix to this problem I haven't tried yet?
