HELP Replace my Controller

I have had a support ticket open with Oculus for a warranty replacement of my right controller, since Oct. 3rd


I sent it to them, Oct 9th, they received it Oct 11th and then they were suppose to send me a new one and they haven't.  


I have tried and tried to get chat and email support to send me the new one and they are no longer responding to me.  The last I heard was we are looking into this.


Does anyone have any suggestions for me?  I have no idea where to turn now.
