Help! Keeps saying "Request Timed Out."

So I have an oculus rift and used to use it frequently but then I packed it up a few months ago while cleaning and didn't try setting it up till now and now when I try to set up the sensors and get to the "Initiate sensor tracking stage" it sees my controller, I hold the trigger, the green circle fills, but then it immediately says "Request timed out, we couldn't initiate sensor tracking please try again." but no matter how may times I try, it says the same thing
Is there some sort of update that came out or something? Please help!

It worked fine a few month ago but I can't set it up now

Hey @Astrobuudder, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the sensor setup. Please make sure that nothing is blocking or interfering with the view of your controller from any of your sensors. Lights and reflective surface near the area can sometimes cause interference. I also recommend disconnecting any other USB devices except your Rift hardware and mouse/keyboard and try different USB ports. i also had this issue recently im using two sensors and i fixed the issue by moving one of the sensors and worked then i acually moved the sensor back and did the tracking setup again and it still worked might be worth a try
