I received my oculus in early February and absolutely loved the product. However three weeks into use, my oculus display has become damaged and displays all sort of graphical errors now. I did not do anything to the oculus in the form or dropping it or exposing it to liquid or extreme temperatures and believe I used it like it was intended to be used. I'm looking for a replacement, however I have not received any response to my support ticket in over a week. Is there another way to contact oculus beside the online ticket? Thank you for any help.
