It is very frustrating to use the support page. I have been looking for a page for return and refund and I couldn’t find any. The information provided to look into the orders and return doesn’t work either. I have already received the device, it gives me headaches and causes me
dizziness. It is really a great device I just wish I could enjoy it with it feeling sick.
