All the instructions I can find online say to start by tapping the settings icon in the bottom menu of the Oculus app, but there is no such icon. All I see are Home, Store, Social, Devices, and Alerts. I guess it got removed recently. I've looked through all the menus in the app but I can't find the purchase history. So what is the current process for requesting a refund for a purchased game?
