It's been literally almost 2 months since I've returned my quest 2 because it bricked itself and all I've gotten for an update is "we're investigating it". Investigating what?! It's stuck in bootloop. Black screen of death. Wtf is there to "investigate"? Furthermore, why in all of the f**k does it take almost 2 months to get a replacement?! Srsly?!
