IOS App Issue?

The Oculus IOS app on Ipad wants me to log in I assume after an update but when I tap to enter my info no keyboard appears meaning I can't add in my login information.

Hi there, doyle871! We know it can be concerning when you can't login and access your account. We have a couple of troubleshooting steps we'd like for you to try so you can access your account again.

  • Delete the app from your iPad and turn the iPad off for about 2 minutes. Once you turn it back on, reinstall the app and try to sign in again.
  • If that doesn't work, please install the app on another device and try signing in there
