Installing Oculus App on Drive OTHER THAN C: Drive

Hi,

I have spent the past several hours attempting to run the initial Oculus Setup, but every time I get past the Terms and Conditions I get a screen saying that I cannot connect to the Oculus Servers (which I know is false--my Internet is working fine). After scrolling through several other forums and posts, I think if I am able to install the App onto any drive besides my C: drive (I have three drives -- C:, D:, and F:), my problems will be solved. BUT, I cannot figure out how to start the installation on my F: drive. I have tried to follow the steps on this page:

https://support.oculus.com/help/oculus/1676275305961321/

numerous times. Whenever I enter "OculusSetup /drive:F" into Run, Windows replies something similar to:

"Windows cannot find 'OculusSetup'. Please check your spelling and try again."

If anyone has suggestions for installing on separate drives, any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

For anyone not tech savvy like me dealing with this, 2 things to make sure of before trying to run each command,
1: make sure that each step in the command is spelled correctly and with the correct spacing.
2. Make sure your downloads file contains the oculussetup.exe

Now that the relentless march toward socialising and facebookifying is nearly done, they may find time to go back and work on the glaringly, obviously needed fixes.
Things like having an installer that allows you to choose the installation location.

Dear Oculus, If it ain't broke, don't fix it, please.

This whole thing is stupid.  Give us the choice to change it in the app....like nearly every other PC app that has ever been made.

the file MUST BE ON DESKTOP to work otherwise it will fail.

A tip when pasting "C:\Downloads\OculusSetup.exe /drive=D" into cmd. If you moved your downloads folder into a different drive change the "C" from the first part of the line to the letter of drive where the downloads folder is located in.
