Hello @idweblab, If you haven't already try disconnecting from your current network and trying a hotpot or another network connection to see if the same issue occurs, if yes you may need to factory reset the Oculus Go. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team here. Thanks!
I disconnected my internet and connected it again but it’s still saying the same stuff. I am able to get into games and things like that but it doesn’t let me use home the way it should and setting like where i can change my environment.
