Is the email legit?

I just got an email from a person going by the name “Dr. 6DOF” and the email address was “oculus@email.oculusvr.com”. I was wondering if this is real and a joke from oculus, or if it’s some kind of scam? The photos are below,

What?! Dr. 6DOF's internal memo got emailed outside of the lab! Thanks for the heads up! I'll alert the team to investigate.
